They are okay snapshots, but that’s what they are, snapshots.
The home here had lingered on the market for months with no bites.
After taking professional images the house had many lookers and sold in weeks of the photo shoot.
The difference?
Pleasing images that forced the buyers and their agents to click in and see if it was worth a viewing in person. It was before but the images didn’t reflect that.
The New York Times recently had an article in their respected Real Estate Section saying that more and more buyers use their internet savvy to view homes first, and the images are key to keeping them looking at the home. See the PDF of that article here:
